Produced by Epic Systems Corporation, MyChart is a health information management app that helps you conveniently manage care for yourself and your family members. You can communicate with your care team, review test results, medications, immunizations history and other health information on MyChart. You can also schedule and manage your appointments, view and pay your medical bills as well as share your medical record with your family members or doctors.
MyChart introduced smoother telehealth flows, better syncing with device health data (steps, vitals), and richer, plain‑language lab result summaries. The update also streamlined appointment booking and e‑check‑in, improved medication refill requests and messaging, and tightened notifications and in‑app guidance so patients could act on results and prepare for visits more easily.
Please note that the functions in MyChart app vary depending on which features your healthcare organization has enabled and whether they are using the latest version of Epic software. Should you have any questions about your local services, please contact your healthcare organization.
You can now use Google Pay and Apple Pay to make payments in MyChart, use QR codes to share your COVID-19 vaccination and testing information, and access your COVID-19 information without logging in. These features might become available to you after your healthcare organization starts using the latest version of Epic.

To sign up for MyChart, you must be at least 18 years old.
1. On the MyChart login screen on the MyChart website or mobile app, click "Sign Up Now".
2. Fill out all information indicated as a required field and click Submit.
3. Create a username, password, and choose a security question.
4. Confirm your E-mail to receive notifications such as Test Results.
5. Click "Sign In" to be logged into your newly created account.
